PATHS’ “Request for Interpretation” of SPAR Land Use Code

Hello Friends of Hughes Open Space!

We’d like to let you know that PATHS attorneys have submitted a formal "Request for Interpretation" about the Site Plan Advisory Review (SPAR) land use code section which is intended for PUBLIC entities and new PUBLIC structures.

This means that we have requested that the City of Fort Collins provide us with a formal interpretation about how SPAR has been implemented in the past, and how it will be implemented now in the case of CSU's attempt to build PRIVATE housing and commercial development with PRIVATE Florida-based developer Lennar Homes, to be sold to PRIVATE owners. The formal Request for Interpretation has gone to Paul Sizemore, Community Development and Neighborhood Services for the City of Fort Collins.
